Help connect properly please

We are getting either hot water or cold water in our shower taps. For eg. When turning the cold tap, instead of progressively getting increasing water pressure, nothing happens and then at some stage, you get a strong stream of cold water. There is likely a problem with the pressure valve. This needs to be fixed in two showers.

Bathroom sink taps, shower drip. Apparently, the sink taps need a seat replacement. The shower one might just need reseating and washer replacement.

We have 2 old toilets, we need to replace them with new ones with bidet.

Toilet has roots and needs to be cut.

(Price put is not actual budget) I want to do waterproofing for my townhouse shower area. Townhouse is 30 years old.
