I need my existing kitchen mixer tap replaced. The new tap has already been purchased and includes the required flexi hoses and mounting hardware. Photos of the existing tap and the underside of the sink are attached.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman or plumber to repair my kitchen sink mixer tap. The tap has become loose at the base and wobbles when it’s rotated from one sink to the other. It still works perfectly, but the entire tap moves because it’s no longer securely fastened. I’m hoping someone can: * Inspect the tap and determine why it’s loose. * Tighten and securely fasten the mixer tap from underneath the sink. * Replace any worn seals, washers, rubber gasket or fixing hardware if required. * Ensure the tap is stable and rotates smoothly without wobbling. I’ve attached photos showing the tap and the base where it’s loose. Please bring any common replacement parts or hardware that may be needed, just in case.

We don’t mind if it and the existing mixer is damaged whilst it’s being removed as long as the new one can be installed. - The locking nut is tight to the back of the cabinet.

Our single-handle shower mixer has stopped working. Bottom one only - see circled in red. When the knob is turned, it seems loose and no water comes out at all (house mains water is fine). Shower is leaking where wall meets floor. Just want shower floor sealed. Pipes have been pressure tested. No pipe leaks just floor leak into adjoining bedroom. Possibly regrouting also needed.

Previously I could stop the leak by turning the tap off tightly, but now it continues to drip/leak even when the tap is fully turned off. Likely needs inspection and repair/replacement of the washer, spindle, valve seat, cartridge or whatever part is causing the leak.
