Our tap on the outside has been leaking for a few days. We have replaced the O Ring with a new one and it's still leaking from the top of the tap (handle). Just need someone to have a look and tell us what needs replacing. Happy to pay extra if we ask you to fix it too.

If you are free this week to take a look at our solarnoid out the back that's faulty atm (sprinklers are going on everytime our other zones are going on which never used to happen). Also just need our garden bed pipe and drippers connected which we have the drippers and pipe for. :-) and few areas are being watered at the moment that we need pipe disconnected or capped as no longer requires watering there. Would like to have a new toilet installed to replace an old one. Located on second story house. No plumbing needs to be removed. However we want to upgrade our toilet to a back to wall one so some guidance on which toilet to select and type would be much appreciated. I've taken pictures of current toilet.
