We need an old set of bathroom taps replaced with a modern mixer tap (provided).

I have a mixer tap in the shower, I was going to replace the cartridge but got stuck trying to remove the started to replace but got stuck trying to remove the retainer nut. I also need to replace a toilet inlet valve, I have the replacement valve.

Looking for a licensed plumber to remove existing taps and install new taps that I have already purchased. Scope of work: Remove and replace 8 mixer taps (including kitchen mixer tap) Install 1 water filter tap Notes: All new taps/fittings will be supplied by me. Existing taps to be removed and disposed of if possible. The filter tap will be installed by removing the old InSinkErator button and using the existing hole, so ideally no benchtop drilling required (subject to suitability upon inspection). I need a plumber to look at my Hot & Cold water taps in the shower,make sure there sitting correctly ,cause I think water is flowing down the back of the tiles underneath the tiles in the shower and bathroom floor,and the water is flowing out of the brickwork adjacent to the bathroom floor. I have a leaking shower with separate hot and cold taps. Tightening the handles slows the water but does not stop the flow, and the leak is getting worse each day. I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove. Blocked toilet. Still flushes but toilet water rises really high, especially when big flush button is clicked.

There is a foreign object blocking the toilet (toilet freshener), it is past the point of being able to put your hand in there and pull it out or even using a suction extractor.
