My kitchen mixer tap is leaking water from around the handle/top of the tap (see attached photo). It appears to be leaking from the cartridge or internal seals rather than the spout. I’m looking for someone who can: * Diagnose the cause of the leak. * Repair the tap if possible (replace cartridge/O-rings if required). * Let me know if the entire tap needs replacing if it can’t be repaired.

Looking for someone (licensed plumber preferable) to fix a leaking shower. The shower has gradually started leaking more over time. Previously I could stop the leak by turning the tap off tightly, but now it continues to drip/leak even when the tap is fully turned off. I need a plumber to look at my Hot & Cold water taps in the shower,make sure there sitting correctly ,cause I think water is flowing down the back of the tiles underneath the tiles in the shower and bathroom floor,and the water is flowing out of the brickwork adjacent to the bathroom floor.
