We don’t mind if it and the existing mixer is damaged whilst it’s being removed as long as the new one can be installed. - The locking nut is tight to the back of the cabinet.

Our single-handle shower mixer has stopped working. Bottom one only - see circled in red. When the knob is turned, it seems loose and no water comes out at all (house mains water is fine). Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to repair a dripping mixer tap in the downstairs bathroom basin. I believe the issue to be a worn cartridge. Mixer does not need replacing ! My shower head won’t stop leaking even after turning taps off

Looking for someone (licensed plumber preferable) to fix a leaking shower. The shower has gradually started leaking more over time. Previously I could stop the leak by turning the tap off tightly, but now it continues to drip/leak even when the tap is fully turned off. Likely needs inspection and repair/replacement of the washer, spindle, valve seat, cartridge or whatever part is causing the leak. I need a plumber to look at my Hot & Cold water taps in the shower,make sure there sitting correctly ,cause I think water is flowing down the back of the tiles underneath the tiles in the shower and bathroom floor,and the water is flowing out of the brickwork adjacent to the bathroom floor. Upstairs shower is leaking, with handle unable to be fully turned off. Maybe looks to be worn seal. I'll need a qualified plumber to fix this issue for me.

Need help with toilet leaking into bowl from the back, flush buttons able to be pressed but does not do anything. Manually filling water into the cistern does not fix the problem, still unable to flush. Picture shows area where water is leaking from into the bowl.
