Looking for a licensed plumber to help with two jobs at my single-storey home: Investigate and fix a water hammer issue. There is a loud banging noise when taps are turned off, and the sound seems to come from the roof space. The roof area is accessible. Replace the kitchen mixer tap. I will provide the new mixer tap.

Mixer tap in photo at our business kept flowing water even when turned off. Believe it needs new cartridge. When I removed tap saw that the cartridge casing need a specialised tool. I don’t have one! Need done ASAP please

The bathroom mixer tap is leaking from the rear/base of the tap itself. It is not leaking from the pipework or connections underneath the sink. I’m looking to have the existing mixer removed and replaced with a new one that I will supply.

I’m looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to fix a kitchen mixer tap that has become loose and wobbly at the base. The tap still works normally with no leaks, but it moves around when turning it on/off or rotating the spout. It appears the mounting underneath the sink has come loose and needs to be tightened or repaired.

Need a loose retaining nut underneath the sink tightened on a kitchen mixer tap. Over time, the nut has become loose and the whole tap has started wobbling at the base.

The inspecting plumber advised that two people may be required to safely support the basin during removal - Replacement basin needs to be suitable for the existing benchtop opening - Please include removal/disposal of the old basin, installation, sealing, plumbing reconnection and testing 2. Our other toilet and the outdoor taps are also connected to the rainwater system and are working normally, so the rainwater pump appears to be operating normally. Hi, I need someone to hang 2 largeish artworks on 2 interior walls (no ladder needed) secure a toilet seat which has started to move from side to side (wrench needed?) and take away an old Samsung tv and dispose of it. The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. I can help you hang both. You will have to supply your own hooks, nails, leveller, etc as I have nothing. Other jobs I have a loose toilet seat which needs a bit of attention. And I would like an old 80cm taken away. It's disconnected and ready to be removed. The job is based in Brisbane City. It can only be done on Wednesday. Bid only if you have experience hanging artworks (particularly heavy ones)as the last thing i need is for artworks to fall off the wall.
