Upstairs shower is leaking, with handle unable to be fully turned off. Maybe looks to be worn seal. I'll need a qualified plumber to fix this issue for me.

I have a leaking shower with separate hot and cold taps. Tightening the handles slows the water but does not stop the flow, and the leak is getting worse each day. I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove. I need a 3x3 brick toilet block demolished & removed from a warehouse There is a concrete ceiling that is 200mm thick & 2400mm high that needs to come down so safety & experience is a must, will need to score the slab with large grinder or saw. Bricks pop really easy however so mainly the ceiling that may provide a challenge The rubbish will need to be taken to the front & put in a skip provided or if you have a trailer we can organise that at an extra cost Probably a days work for 1 guy or half a day with 2 I haven't got any photos sorry, but have tried to describe as detailed as possible.
