Shower mixer tap is dripping. I believe it needs the cartridge replaced, but the grub screw on the handle may be a bit stuck, Allen key removal is not working. Two showers: 1 Shower, needs valve seat replacing, not sure if one or both, shower keeps leaking, have had washers replaced and was recommended previously 2nd shower leaking, not sure might be washer

The float seems to be loose somehow as the water just keeps filling into the toilet from the cistern (this has been happening for a while and we have just been turning the water off at the tap on the wall).
