Hello My place is extremely rundown and need help. The last trade says the place got cockroaches and fleas and ask to cancel. But I thinks it’s the bathtub which he does not want to work with. So I am modifying the scope to exclude bathtub. 1) Remove 2 old broken toilets and install new ones 2) remove old vanity and install new one 3) remove and replace 5 broken taps You need to source materials from Bunnings and I will pay for it.
I couldn’t ask for anything more! Craig knows exactly what need to be done and beyond. Can’t thanks enough. He was honest and reliable. We need more Craig in the industry!!!! Thanks a billion🙏🏼
