Shower pressure is really bad possibly need new shower fitting an tile around shower to be fixed also

I need following items done from Plumber: - Toilet suite installation in our new bathroom - Bathroom vanity plumbing only - waste & water drains with sink tap(have sink tap with mixture with me) - Gas cooktop need to be installed - already have lines up for it and got most of the fittings - my husband was going to install by himself but he is bit busy so just wants to get it done .

New water and drain lines

We need our water tank, currently connected to the house inwards via downpipe and outwards to the house's toilet and laundry by pump, moved and plumbed in to another point in the yard.

Need to have a new toilet seat fitted. Current one won’t remain tight and keeps slipping

I have a leak from the wall behind the toilet. I need the leak fixed. House is only 1.5 years since being built. I have a video of the leak, can organize to be sent if requested as Airtasker won’t allow to upload video

One of the spare toilets keeps clogging upstairs in the house. Have temporarily been able to unclog it at times but it seems to re clog. Make a rhythmic gurgly sound as the water comes back about 30 mins after we unclogged it with a plunger and hot water last time.

My taps need fixing, the tap is leaking and the handles won’t close all the way.

Had initial inspection done - Button missing on the main toilet cistern and both showers in the en-suite have high water flow. Require a new button assembly for the toilet and flow restrictors for the showers.

tank is in place need the drains and guttering attached as well as the pump and possibly another water outlet to the laundry area

Our dishwasher won’t empty/ drain due to a blockage

Brought 2 new modella rimless toilets. Turns out, tap is probably too close to wall so unable to install myself and more suited for a plumber i guess. As you can see in image, how close pipe is too toilet and you can see part of the drain at the bottom. Most likely tap needs to moved to the right a tad. Maybe the right person could make it fit if tap was the other way around. I have a second toilet for another room if you wanted to do it same time.

One of a Bathroom tap is leaking, because the tap handle is stuck.

Have just built a new house and needing plumbing put in to the fridge, the house is made with hebel as well if that makes a difference.
