Find an experienced plumber in Monterey

I purchased a sink and vanity including the tap and drain stuff and I need it installed please ?

Need to dig up the ground or concrete at the back yard to find the water pipe and cut it & joint a tap to solve the water flow from the burst pipe.

Could someone fix this sink defect for me as soon as possible? - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 2 November 2023

Guttering / Drainage amendment on new build. We need to construct a better drainage solution at front of house, before the driveway is constructed. Replacing the small triangular outlet with a down pipe, that then either drains out to the street OR goes across the driveway, connecting to the down pipes at side of house, OR goes across the front porch to connect to the down pipes at the other side of house. Same solution needs to be installed on the front left hand side of the front roof. Best to view in person. I'm generally available to meet on site. - Due date: Flexible

Laundry I need 2 taps for the washing machine relocated under the new laundry cabinetry bench top inside a cupboard. I can cut open the gyprock wall for ease of access if needed. Currently the taps are in the middle of the splashback. Bathroom Also I need a new bathroom vanity installed and need the existing hot and cold taps converted to a mixer. I also need the sink waste on this vanity connected.

Hello, We have a dripping basin tap that needs fixing. It is ceramic type purchased from Bunnings "Shaw & Mason Chrome 1/4 Turn Lever Basin Top Assembly". Not sure if you can change the disks or the whole spindle, I guess you'd know. Also, the T Head Stop valve (T handle twist operation) that isolates the water in our unit (located in the laundry) may need replacement because it's old and kinda rusty. Preferably to be replaced with a Bunnings "Kinetic Brass Ball Valve" single lever handle type that looks a bit more resilient than the old type.
