Bathroom shower grout is damaged and leaking

I have a bathroom that was renovated by previous owner. Have started to notice some water leaking on edge of bathroom doorway around door frame. I suspect it's because of a leak in the shower either in the grout work or poorly installed waterproofing. I really don't want to rip up the floor tiles but I need a qualified person to inspect and diagnose the leak first before recommending the best solution.

The toilet is only 3 years old, however, it is blocked now and need it unblocked. The water does slowly go down when flushed however still an issue every time i flush

I have already got Toilet bidet, but to install that I need help in taking out Toilet seat nuts/bolts and then install bidet and reinstall the seat back, however those bilts are stuck, please refer to images

The toilet drain is blocked and needs unblocking. This has happened before with kids using too much toilet paper or wet wipes. Easy access for pipe to use eel machine.
