Hi, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to remove my existing kitchen mixer tap and install a new one today. I have already purchased the replacement tap: Mondella Resonance Collection Side Lever Dual Function Pull-Down Sink Mixer – Gunmetal The existing tap is a black Gareth Ashton mixer and is currently leaking from the join/spout area, so I’m looking to replace it rather than repair it. The job should be a fairly straightforward mixer replacement. I’ve attached photos showing: * The new replacement mixer * The existing tap * The space underneath the sink where the mixer is installed There appears to be reasonable access and clearance underneath the benchtop, with the existing plumbing connections already in place. Laundry mixer tap has become loose/wobbly at the benchtop. I accidentally loosened the fixing underneath while trying to tighten it, and it now needs to be properly re-secured and checked for leaks

Need a loose retaining nut underneath the sink tightened on a kitchen mixer tap. Over time, the nut has become loose and the whole tap has started wobbling at the base.

Cracked undermount bathroom basin - Existing basin is approximately 515 mm wide × 335 mm deep × 130 mm high - Basin is installed underneath the benchtop and siliconed in place - Basin has substantial cracking which has penetrated through to the underside - Plumber who inspected it has recommended replacement rather than repair - Existing basin will need to be carefully cut out/removed. The inspecting plumber advised that two people may be required to safely support the basin during removal - Replacement basin needs to be suitable for the existing benchtop opening - Please include removal/disposal of the old basin, installation, sealing, plumbing reconnection and testing 2. Leaking ceiling-mounted shower rose - Existing overhead shower rose/head is leaking significantly from the shower head/assembly - Water is spraying outside the intended showering area - Inspecting plumber has recommended replacement - No particular finish is required for the replacement shower rose. Hi, I need someone to hang 2 largeish artworks on 2 interior walls (no ladder needed) secure a toilet seat which has started to move from side to side (wrench needed?) and take away an old Samsung tv and dispose of it. The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. I can help you hang both. You will have to supply your own hooks, nails, leveller, etc as I have nothing. Other jobs I have a loose toilet seat which needs a bit of attention. And I would like an old 80cm taken away. It's disconnected and ready to be removed. The job is based in Brisbane City. It can only be done on Wednesday. Bid only if you have experience hanging artworks (particularly heavy ones)as the last thing i need is for artworks to fall off the wall.
