Hi i have 2 taps in laundry that i want relocated so its concealed lower in a vanity and setup suitable for mixer taps.

I want to connect 2 plastic hoses to one lever mixer tap. Convert 2 taps system into 1 mixer tap in my shower. Alternatively just replace that one tap valve body, whatever is cheaper. I tried to re-seat the tap and in grinded to a hole..

Our standard, single lever, mixer kitchen tap needs to be replaced. The spout section is sticking to the lever section when it swivels instead of acting independently as it's designed to. Otherwise, the tap works fine. I am looking for a plumber to both supply and replace the tap fitting. The bid price should include the cost of the replacement tap fitting.

Plumbing for new tap and sink install dishwasher inlet / outlet. New cabinet and easy access to pipes below for redirection. I have the Mixer tap, hoses, hot and cold shut off taps. Dishwasher inlet and waste hoses. It will be a bare carcass so easy access. also easy access from below. The idea is to redirect the hot cold up through the floor to shut off taps mounted on the sink cabinet base and connect sink waste. All elements are in place just need the plumbing. Shower is leaking. Tried to replace the washers myself, but there seems to be silicone encased around the taps. Please replace the washers in both taps to stop the leaking shower and check why the silicone was there in the first place. It might also need to replaced if there is a secondary leak. Extra info: I had this task completed in May this year and they are leaking again so there might be a another issue at play here. Please help us understand why this would happen so soon after repairs.

Fix toilet flush . Water tank gets filled up after flushing but water keeps going into the pot .

We are new tenants in a rental, I’ve had to get lots of things fixed. The toilets are constantly refilling and making that annoying noise you hear normally after you flush. It stops sometimes, which is annoying cause it stopped when the real estate came to check it so he thought nothing was wrong. It’s both the toilets in the house, it’s constant and it’s annoying 😂 Can someone please send me a quote on how much to fix this as the real estate is taking there time!

Toilet is running so need someone to have a look at it, see the issue and fix including sourcing any parts. Screw that secures bin under sink has worn out. Need new screws added into tracks.

2 tasks here. We have a blocked toilet and a kitchen sink where the adhesive has come off and the sink needs re-fitted.

Toilet flush button not working. Opened the flush plate and noticed the cables inside the in-wall cistern are disconnected. Need a plumber to reconnect/fix it. Photo attached.

Our toilet roll holder has come off the wall and left a hole in the plaster where it used to be attached. I need the hole repaired and the toilet roll holder securely attached back onto the wall in the same place it was before. I need a 3x3 brick toilet block demolished & removed from a warehouse There is a concrete ceiling that is 200mm thick & 2400mm high that needs to come down so safety & experience is a must, will need to score the slab with large grinder or saw. Bricks pop really easy however so mainly the ceiling that may provide a challenge The rubbish will need to be taken to the front & put in a skip provided or if you have a trailer we can organise that at an extra cost Probably a days work for 1 guy or half a day with 2 I haven't got any photos sorry, but have tried to describe as detailed as possible.
