Need hot and cold water inlet swap for mixer tap (currently if turn to left it's cold water, when turn to right it's hot water, and I want it swapped to other way around). Small leak at one of pipes water heater need fixing, see calcium build up from leak. You will need to supply own material for the job.

I have already purchased the replacement tap: Mondella Resonance Collection Side Lever Dual Function Pull-Down Sink Mixer – Gunmetal The existing tap is a black Gareth Ashton mixer and is currently leaking from the join/spout area, so I’m looking to replace it rather than repair it. The job should be a fairly straightforward mixer replacement. Need a loose retaining nut underneath the sink tightened on a kitchen mixer tap. Over time, the nut has become loose and the whole tap has started wobbling at the base.

Looking for a plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower head in the main bedroom ensuite bathroom. The shower head is leaking/dripping and needs to be checked and repaired.

Cracked undermount bathroom basin - Existing basin is approximately 515 mm wide × 335 mm deep × 130 mm high - Basin is installed underneath the benchtop and siliconed in place - Basin has substantial cracking which has penetrated through to the underside - Plumber who inspected it has recommended replacement rather than repair - Existing basin will need to be carefully cut out/removed. The inspecting plumber advised that two people may be required to safely support the basin during removal - Replacement basin needs to be suitable for the existing benchtop opening - Please include removal/disposal of the old basin, installation, sealing, plumbing reconnection and testing 2. Leaking ceiling-mounted shower rose - Existing overhead shower rose/head is leaking significantly from the shower head/assembly - Water is spraying outside the intended showering area - Inspecting plumber has recommended replacement - No particular finish is required for the replacement shower rose. Need hydrojet to unclogg 100mm toilet drain. Suspect roots are causing the blockage. Good access to the pipe/drain from outside (screw-on cap). Blockage seems to be about 3m down the pipe. Camera inspection to be carried out after unclogging to assess the drain.

I’ve been getting occasional sewer fumes from around my toilet, which is a back-inlet model. I’ve attached the toilet’s specs and installation sheet for reference. I had a look with a snake camera through the side access hole and noticed that the S-trap looks a bit off-centre and that the support rod seems to have shifted. (see attached photo) The toilet itself isn’t wobbly. The main job seems to be realigning the support rod and installing a new S-trap. Since it looks like the toilet will need to come off for this anyway, I thought I’d also get the cistern-to-bowl gasket and the cistern mounting bolts and seals replaced while it’s being done. Please provide a quote for the above work. As I live in an apartment complex, I’ll also need a formal invoice/receipt for my records confirming that the work was carried out by a licensed plumber.

One of our toilets suddenly stopped getting water this morning. The cistern is not filling at all. The toilet is connected to our rainwater tank/pump system. Our other toilet and the outdoor taps are also connected to the rainwater system and are working normally, so the rainwater pump appears to be operating normally. There were no problems with this toilet previously and it stopped suddenly. Looking for a plumber to diagnose and repair the problem. Possibly an issue with the toilet isolation valve, inlet/fill valve, supply line or a blockage. I can provide photos of the toilet and rainwater pump setup.

Hi, I need someone to hang 2 largeish artworks on 2 interior walls (no ladder needed) secure a toilet seat which has started to move from side to side (wrench needed?) and take away an old Samsung tv and dispose of it. The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. I can help you hang both. You will have to supply your own hooks, nails, leveller, etc as I have nothing. Other jobs I have a loose toilet seat which needs a bit of attention. And I would like an old 80cm taken away. It's disconnected and ready to be removed. The job is based in Brisbane City. It can only be done on Wednesday.
