Remove bathtub and install shower glass , remove old taps and replace with mixer shower and tub taps. Tiles needs to be removed and mixer tap pipes needs to be replaced

My kitchen tap (mixer) is leaking and I’m fairly sure it needs replacing. Please see photos attached. I don’t have a tap to replace with but can get one if someone tells me what I need.

Install new kitchen mixer

Kitchen sink side lever mixer has separated from the base. Tried attaching back but the pressure of water when tap is on pushes it out again and water shoots all over the ceiling. This keeps happening i know its a super quick fix with a camera. Need someone with a camera to look. I have access just outside back door to look at the plumbing. This keeps happening last plumber said I used wipes which is 100% in correct a few weeks later its blocked again.
