Drip from drainage pipe under shower tray. Not sure of source. I thought it was the sealant round the drain but I repaired that ( see picture) and Issue has returned. Have a leak in the shower unit that’s dripping through the floor boards to downstairs. Have tried cutting out old silicone in places and resealing thinking it may need re grouting or entire thing resealed. Been told by a plumber it’s not leaking in the pipes so just be the waterproofing. Can organize a time and day that suits
