We would like to replace the tap for the kitchen sink as the existing one is spraying. The hot water connection to the tap also appears to have a small leak which we presume would be repaired when a new tap is installed.

Gas hot water system has stopped working. Gas supply to house is fine (cooktop working), so issue seems to be with the unit. Older Rheem outdoor storage system with manual control. No hot water at all – likely pilot light or thermocouple issue but needs inspection and fix.

My gas storage hot water system (AquaMax 390SS-NG) has stopped producing hot water. The pilot light will not ignite. I am seeking a licensed plumber to install a Rinnai B26 continuous flow gas hot water system onto a steel fence located in an outdoor apartment courtyard. Scope of Works: Install new Rinnai B26 unit (**UNIT WILL BE SUPPLIED BY OWNER**). 240 volt Power Supply already available and located at installation point. Extend existing 32mm gas copper line approximately 10 metres from garage (ground floor basement) to new unit location in external courtyard (Level 1). Gas line to run from basement to courtyard via pre-prepared penetration hole. **Please note GAS FITTING work will be required** by a Certified Plumber. Plumber will be required to provide VBA LICENSE before job offer is approved. Seal penetration point with silicone to prevent water ingress into garage. Connect to existing 20mm PEX hot and cold water lines (already installed by previous plumber). Commission system and ensure correct operation. Looking for someone to get an existing Aquamax gas hot water unit up and running. Was working pre-Christmas just hasn’t been turned back on as it was switched off.
