Hot water tank is leaking from the spindle and needs replacement to be done today

There is a Tiny leakage on the Buttom of the hot water supply tank. Tiny water droplets drip very 10 second. If someone locally can get it fix would be great.

Hot water heater leaking water

Hi there, Our hot water system needs replacing. The job is just for install. Size is 25L. Located in Brighton off church Street.

Hot water tap in shower won’t turn off. Needs fixing or replacing. Water just keeps running. We’ve had to turn water off at main. Keen to have both hot and cold taps in shower replaced, plus hot and cold taps on bathroom sink, and hot and cold taps in the bath.

The door for the balcony on the first floor keeps coming open on its own on windy days. This seems to be because the strike has worn down so the latch is unable to lock into it. Secondly, the hot water tap seems to have stopped working in the bathroom on the second floor. We have no issues with any taps or water elsewhere in the house.
