I urgently need a qualified plumber to inspect my hot-water system today. I noticed there was no hot water from around 6–7pm yesterday and waited overnight in case the tank simply needed to refill/reheat. However, as of approximately 11:30am today (Saturday), there is still no hot water at all. I have checked the kitchen tap, bathroom tap and shower and the issue is the same everywhere. The hot-water system's main switch is ON, but only cold water is coming through. I don't know what is causing the problem, so I need someone qualified to diagnose the hot-water system and hopefully restore the hot water today as soon as possible. Suddenly there is no hot water coming out of any taps in the house. The Gas powered water heater tank located outside the house is working and the outlet pipe from that tank that feeds hot water into the house feels hot with hot water in it as it does into the house. The pressure when I turn the tap to hot in the kitchen is non existent. Works fine for cold and in the rest of the apartment. I believe it has a pressure limiter that needs to be removed. I also need a pipe in my bathroom sealed.
