Some times it will run fine but other times nothing even comes out of the tap or shower.... Left the shower on full hot water last night for 30 minutes and literally no water flowed. Hot water system in apartment has been repositioned and needs a new discharge pipe installed. The system is ~1.5m from the existing drainage pipe (in pic). Looks like the TPR valve is at least 10cm higher than the drainage pipe. Looking to get a pipe run along the wall and through a riser. A small notch would need to be cut in the riser to get it through. Would prefer to talk through this piece of work to fully scope it out before confirming it.
