Replacement of kitchen sink, mixer tap, and undersink hot water unit. All existing services in place — hot and cold water supply, waste connection, and dedicated GPO are already installed and functional. Supplying own fixtures (tap, sink, SHC 15).

Hot water not coming into property

There is some rusting due to dripping water . Proper sealing is needed . Also , one shower mixer needs replacement

The gas instantaneous system does not light up and it has power so the pilot component needs repairing. I need urgent repairs and I will than change to electrical. Fast fix even with a premium is fine as I need hot water until a find energy efficient electrical

I have a minor water leak at my hot water meter. The leak appears to be coming from the compression/union nut directly below the meter (downstream of the isolation valve).
