I have an outdoor Rheem gas storage hot water system (approximately 9 years old). For the past few weeks, all hot water taps in the house have only been producing lukewarm water. The gas cooktop is working normally, so the gas supply appears to be fine. Looking for a licensed plumber/gasfitter to inspect and repair the system. Please advise if you can diagnose the issue and provide a quote for repair.

Licensed gas plumber required – Rheem gas hot water system not working I require a licensed gas plumber/gas fitter to inspect and repair a Rheem 130L natural gas storage hot water system (manufactured June 2017). The pilot light has gone out and the unit is no longer producing hot water. As per the Rheem operating instructions, I have not attempted to relight the pilot because the troubleshooting guide indicates the internal safety valve may be stuck. Hot water temperature too low + drops when other taps are used We’re having an issue with our hot water system and would like a plumber to inspect it. When someone is showering upstairs, if another person uses hot water downstairs (for example, washing dishes or washing hands), the shower upstairs suddenly becomes very cold. The temperature drop is significant enough that it’s difficult to continue showering.
