Rheem continuous flow gas hot water system (installed Feb 2019) losing hot water intermittently. Hot water coming out of tap not as hot as usual. After performing some checks on hot water system, I have been advised by manufacturer to get a plumber to look at the tempering valve instead.

Have a slight leakage in the hot water system. Contacted Chromagen and they mentioned The flow meter on the system has become faulty which is causing the leak and advise to fix it outside.

One of the bathrooms in the apartment doesn’t have hot water, the other bathroom has hot water. When switching to cold water, water pressure is totally fine, when switching to hot water, very low water pressure and no much water coming out and no hot water .
