Hot water tap in shower is loose. Sink tap is also leaking slightly so may need to grouting. Very minor task I don’t imagine it will take long!

Instant tankless electric hot water system for kitchen Zink

I have an AquaMax 215 hot water unit. I’m not sure if the unit needs replacing or can be started. Hoping someone a plumber can either get this started or let me know if the unit needs to be replaced.

We need a plumber to check one of our taps in our bathroom for hot water. When moved to position, we seem to not get any hot water. There are two sinks in the bathroom, and the other taps in the bathroom work fine.

Our hot water tank works, heating element and thermostat replaced this week already. When running overflow it’s coming out scalding hot, but when running indoor tap it’s luke warm.
