Hi, my Rinnai gas hot water system has been turned off for a while and I’m trying to get it running again. Gas supply is working and I can see the igniter sparking, but the pilot light won’t ignite. Looking for someone to come have a look and get it working.

These solar hot water heaters (not powered, just has water running through it) are rusty and leaking, I need to decommission and remove. Each heater panel is about 2x1m. I am fit and able to help lift, but I can’t do it alone; ideally I need a plumber who can disconnect / block off the pipes from the internal HSW. Hot water tap on kitchen sink is leaking, I think the whole inside needs to be replaced (cartridge, O ring, washer) & cold water tap handle in the laundry needs to be installed properly. It sits wonky. The taps needs to be the same, so I happy to purchase them beforehand if needed unless you can supply similar looking ones.

The issue: - No hot water anywhere in the apartment (including the kitchen). - The system was working previously and has now stopped heating. - Power is on to the property. About the installation: - Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. Installed inside a cupboard approximately 1 metre above the floor. - I am the owner of the apartment. - I have access to all electrical switchboards. - A ladder is available if required. - Plenty of photos are attached showing the unit and surrounding area. Ideally, I'd like the system repaired if the fault is something like the heating element, thermostat or another replaceable component.
