The barrier wall separating between my property and the neighbor’s backyard. The land on the neighbor side is higher than on my side. The wall on the neighbor’s side is rendered, but under neath the soils is 4 courses of bricks and mortar. In 2019, I had work done on the wall facing the neighbour’s side of the property to remediate salt damp. The trades man at the time dug quite deep trench and expose the bricks. He remediated the salt damp, he also placed tar to waterproof the wall, gravel rocks to absorb the underground water. He also placed a flashing board as added protection. He put tar on the board for added protection. He dug 600mm or more deep. The floor is a wooden floor and when you step on it, especially by the corner near the window, it is spongy. The master bedroom is not impacted. There are air vents though out the wall which are above the soil and are unblocked. There are about 8 vents throughout the wall. Speaking to the neighbour, who he himself does bathroom renovation, it’s the under-ground water that is more than likely causing the issue with the barrier wall. I have spoken to the leak detection, and he said that we will need to lay some pipes underground by the wall to capture the water and flow it down to the street. Both are saying the same thing. Going by the floor plan, the barrier wall is about 12.5m Unfortunately, I did not take the length from the barrier wall to the street. Question: Since this is only impacting bedroom 2 - how would this change the scope of work? Would there be a possibility to do things on my side of the wall in Bedroom 2 instead? Trenching under-neath the soil along the wall in bedroom 2, going in deep enough to to lay an ag-pipe and taking it to my back yard. On the neighbor's side, he did mention to me that he will not be happy if we were to rip up his lawn. And we will need his permission to get access to his property.

Need new laundry trough installed and tiled backsplash

The two on-roof panels and the gas booster tank are no longer required. Careful removal would mean that they could be relocated and used. The house is split-level, and the tiles are Hollowstone. The piping does not necessarily need removing but they do need to be cut off. I have several replacement tiles for where the pipes go through the roof. I suggest anyone interested should make a site visit.

Need someone to demo, waterproof and tile bathroom also do fit off with taps etc. can supply all tiles. I have a leak in wall that I need rectified too which I hope can be covered in this. I want only licensed tilers. Thanks

Water tank removal involves cutting a pipe and unscrewing a bolt and removing approx 100litres of water (maybe by drilling a hole in the bottom of it?).

Bathroom sink has one of those pop up plugs that has become stuck. Looking for someone who has fixed this issue before and isnt expecting to get paid hundreds to sort it. Needs to be done today.
