I need an experienced installer to remove an existing integrated dishwasher and install a new Bosch fully integrated dishwasher. The current dishwasher (ASKO) was poorly installed and appears to have been forced into the cavity, causing damage to the cabinet panel and adjacent cupboard. The original dishwasher (Miele) previously fit correctly, so the space should work with proper alignment. ⚠️ This is not a standard swap job. Scope of work: * Carefully remove existing integrated dishwasher (tight fit) * Install new Bosch fully integrated dishwasher (already delivered) * Attach and align existing cabinet door panel * Level and centre appliance properly * Ensure even spacing on both sides * Ensure door opens fully without rubbing cabinet * Do NOT force unit into cavity ⸻ Important (corner installation): This is a corner position, so door clearance and spacing are critical. Burst pipe in laundry under the sink, hot water

Occasional toilet cistern leak. Settles if jiggle button. Likely outlet valve seal needs replacing as happened in other toilet. Caroma M5 ( says inside toilet lid) outlet valve seal needed. Says not usual 48mm one.

One sprinkler is leaking due to a damaged riser pipe.

Sink has completely come off from the bench top and is just held in place by the drain. Needs to be re secured somehow back into place.

My kitchen sink is blocked (single sink) The water goes down, but slowly, and i'm tired of having to use the plunger everytime I wash something in the sink. It's just the kitchen sink that's blocked. Everything else in the house is working perfectly fine. Plumber needed. Today, tomorrow or Wednesday.

There is a small hose that runs from the ceiling to where an ice generating fridge would be. It is pumping water out and I’ve tried blocking the pipe but no good, it’s still leaking out. There is also a strange ticking noise in the ceiling that I’m not sure if it’s connected or not
