Handyman needed to replace leaking kitchen mixer tap My kitchen mixer tap is leaking and needs to be replaced with a new mixer tap set. Remove the existing leaking tap. Install a new mixer tap set (I have already purchased the new unit supply and fit). Test for leaks and ensure proper hot/cold water flow. I have the new tap ready to go. Please bring all necessary tools (e.g., adjustable spanners, basin wrench, and thread tape). Looking to have this done 1 to 2 weeks

I have a bouble sink with a mixer that you can turn between the 2 sinks. In certain positions however the water pressure is very low depending on the direction the tap is facing. The tiled floor of our shower has a few cracked tiles and grouting in a few spots is cracked. Cannot afford to redo bathroom; a later job, but want to use shower. Shower was leak proof even with cracked tiles up until recently after a period of non-use. Want a solid patch of shower to stop leak before we do a complete bathroom rebuild.

Toilet blocked, water not subsiding properly would like someone to have a look and possibly fix please

Toilet has been blocked for few days. Have tried flushing and couple of times a day but won’t unblock.

I need my blocked toilet repaired. It just keeps filling to the top of the bowl when flushed and slowly draining away back to normal water level after roughly 10 minutes

Toilet is making a noise when filling and water is running into the bowl after refilling. Float section is spitting water from the top

One of our toilet is blocked.

Toilet was originally blocked by too much toilet paper it appears and now was unable to unblock-unclog after having a go with toilet plunger. Won't flush properly

We have tried a plunger and a 1.5m toilet snake to unblock but the blockage must be further down the pipe. If the toilet is not flushed for a couple of days then once flushed it takes a maximum of 2 flushes to fill the bowl with water so the blockage can’t be too far from the toilet. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 31 July 2023
