To fit a puratap mixer tap and filter to a bench that has never had a filter before

Looking for a plumber/handyman to fix our kitchen mixer tap. The tap is not properly mounted to the surface and feels loose, which causes the hose to leak when we rotate it from side to side. Should be a quick job with the right tools. Please bring your own wrench and any tools needed.

Shower size - 1.2 m x 0.75 m (Image attached) Replace existing terrazzo floor with tiles,install puddle flange, tiling the walls - 3 walls - 1 wall - 2mx1.2m, 2nd wall - 2mx0.75m, 3rd wall - 0.75mx 0.60m, waterproofing wall and floor, supply and install mixer tap, install new head pipe, supply and install shower head and shower screen (approximately 1.4mx 0.75m)

Attaching the water pipes and fixing the tap in place. No special tools required. All parts are on site

Remove old leaking kitchen mixer tap and replace it with a new one featuring ceramic disc cartridges. The final style of the new tap is yet to be confirmed, but it should be durable and prevent future leaks.

On flushing, water seeps out around base of toilet (where concrete is). 3. On flushing, waste water drains very slowly.
