Looking for a qualified plumber or experienced handyman to replace an existing kitchen mixer with a new touchless/sensor-activated model. Scope of Work: • Removal: Disconnect and remove the current standard kitchen mixer. • Installation: Install the new touchless mixer tap into the existing sink/benchtop hole. Model : Malleco touch less kitchen mixer bought from Costco .. See picture attached. • Connection: Secure all water lines (hot/cold) and ensure the sensor battery pack or power adapter is properly mounted and functional. • Testing: Check for leaks and calibrate the touchless sensor to ensure consistent operation. I have a leaking mixer tap that needs to be replaced and have an identical tap for replacement. The tap is leaking under the sink from the flexible hose to vege washer and requires the whole tap to be replaced. Tap is positioned behind the sink and access is reasonably tight to remove the nut from the base of the mixer tap. If you require any additional details before quoting please ask.

We initially installed two mixers for a dual vanity, however that has now changed to a single vanity. The job requires the left mixer to be cut out and removed, and the right mixer to join into the existing pipe work and be positioned to suit the single vanity.

Upstairs shower is leaking, with handle unable to be fully turned off. Maybe looks to be worn seal. I'll need a qualified plumber to fix this issue for me.

I’ve removed the tap caps but the hot tap cover is siliconed on and difficult to remove. Wanting someone to repair a toilet. As pictured, the dual-flush push button has separated from the actuator mechanism inside the cistern. The button piece is detached from the plastic push rods, preventing normal flushing. The flush button assembly may need to be refitted or replaced. Prior to this happening the toilet would also constantly run water, so there also appears to be a seal or something else missing.

We had a blocked toilet we have plunged and rodded and has gone further up the line . With all our attempts still blocked .

The toilet has water continuously running for a few weeks. Flow can be reduced by jiggling the flush button but cannot be stopped altogether.

I need a 3x3 brick toilet block demolished & removed from a warehouse There is a concrete ceiling that is 200mm thick & 2400mm high that needs to come down so safety & experience is a must, will need to score the slab with large grinder or saw. Bricks pop really easy however so mainly the ceiling that may provide a challenge The rubbish will need to be taken to the front & put in a skip provided or if you have a trailer we can organise that at an extra cost Probably a days work for 1 guy or half a day with 2 I haven't got any photos sorry, but have tried to describe as detailed as possible.
