Vanity tap is leaking , was fixed a year ago but started leaking again. Currently we have a separate hot & cold knobs for the tap but I would like to upgrade to a mixer tap. Can this be done & how much will it cost me if I change taps for both of my vanities in 2 bathrooms.

We have 2 shower mixer taps that need the cartridges replaced. One shower also needs the silicone around the base to be replaced. I can supply all materials.

Repair grout and reseal a leaky double shower asap (happy to negotiate on price).

Leak fix and replace shower seal strip. My shower door doesnt have a seal strip. I have tried a few but cant find the correct size (one that doesnt jam). Glass is 10mm thick. Also the shower is leaking into my walk in robe. I think the leak may be because the bottom water bar floor seal has a gap in the silicone. Please see photos. I am wanting to find out approx cost of this job

Currently have a blocked toilet, need someone to fix.

Hi, I had a tenant living with me and he left while I was away and I couldn't fully check the house but the toilet is blocked and half filled. Would someone please clean and unblock it? As per the tenant, he tried plunger and some mr muscle type solutions but nothing worked.

Toilets appear to be blocked - have used some chems to try and shift it - its now draining slowly.

Toilet not flushing/filling up as should be. Also, need tap water pressure checked.

Toilet seat has come off. Unsure why but I think a screw has come off and gone missing.
