Shower is leaking, dual tap shower

Leaking Shower in main bathroom needs to be fixed. Detached house.

Quotes to cut out damaged gyprock along the bottom near the floor & replace it. Also replace skirting boards. 2 small walls. Both are under a metre long. Height is probably under 20cm that needs replacing. Plastering also. Shower leak was fixed a number of years ago. We’re just finally getting around to fixing the wall.

Base of shower screen needs silicone to stop leaking. Mixer tap needs to be tightened as whole fitting is swiveling.
