We’ve identified a leak coming from the kitchen tap. When the tap is turned on at a high flow rate, water starts leaking under the sink and into the cabinet. I have a bathroom that was renovated by previous owner. Have started to notice some water leaking on edge of bathroom doorway around door frame. I suspect it's because of a leak in the shower either in the grout work or poorly installed waterproofing. I really don't want to rip up the floor tiles but I need a qualified person to inspect and diagnose the leak first before recommending the best solution.
