We rent the house so if there's a major problem (eg needs replacing) will have to speak with owner/real estate first. Please let me know what cost I'll be looking at if there is a call out fee.. See the photos for a better idea of the leak, but it is a small hole right at the meter. It has already been dug out and is on the house side of the shut off valve so it should be pretty straight forward.

Dishwasher needs to be connected to the waste pipe and water tap needs to be installed - Due date: Flexible

We think the fridge needs to be regased It appears to not be as cold as it was - Due date: Flexible

We have a 16 yr old caroma crappy plastic cistern and bowl (no plastic). We replaced the other toilet 2 years ago... Now this one needs, replacing. Not replacing with Caroma though. If Daniel could get in contact that would be great. Open to other offers if not. Would like to have unit supplied also (as Bunnings isn't the greatest for supplies). Many thanks in advance.
