We have a back to wall toilet suite that smells like sewage. An upstairs suite exactly the same recently needed the outlet Pipe replaced, and I wish we'd gotten this one done at the same time. Hopefully same problem, ie. replace outlet pipe. Thanks!

Our Bathroom Basin Mixer Tap (Dorf) water flow is very low. I cleaned the mesh, it did not resolve the issue. Apparently it may require water flow control valve adjustment or replacement. I have a brand new replacement tap (if replacement is required). I require a plumber to fix the water flow on one basin mixer and also increase the flow slightly on another similar mixer tap in another bathroom (not as bad and does not require replacement).

We have a drainage in the backyard that seems to be blocked. We need someone to inspect and unblock it

We have located the leak source (pictured) but don’t have the right size spanner/tool to tighten the adaptor so the water stops leaking. Believe this will fix the issue but if on inspection it is determined to be caused by another issue (like parts needs replacement) will we will be happy to organise replacement part on advice and will just need help having it fitted. Need help ASAP so someone available would be excellent! Thanks! 🙂
