I have two small handyman jobs: 1. I have patched a hole in a wall but have done a poor job of the repair and need it redone (including sanding). The area is smaller than an A4 page. No painting is required (I can do that myself) 2. Between the ceiling and a built in bookshelf I repaired a gap by filling it with No More Gaps and did a bad job of it. The space is approximately 45cm long. The No More Gaps needs to be removed / tidied up ad the gap correctly filled so that it the calling is neat and seamless. I need to cut out a square piece of plasterboard in a ceiling about 2.5x2.5. Ceiling no higher than 2.7m. Piece that’s removed to be taken outside to be disposed by me. Ceiling under balcony, after balcony repair require new plasterboard installed and stopped and finished fir painting. Job is in Surrey Hills. Please only respond if you know what you’re doing
