Need someone who knows what they're doing to recreate, or at least get a very close approximation to a plaster texture in my ceiling. Approximately 50x50cm patch and a couple of other spots. You'll need to bring your own gear and render. Prefer job done asap / this weekend. 1 photo shows texture, the other shows the main job. The weight of the curtains has pulled at the plasterboard and caused it to crack and droop. It looks like the plasterboard will potentially need reinforcement to hold the weight and to be replastered. - Due date: Flexible

Due to water damage the ceiling has buckled. It was only installed a few months ago. The metal beams the plasterboard is attached to are not damaged. The buckled board needs to be removed, new plasterboard installed, seams plasted, and the ceiling repainted. The quote is just my own estimate. - Due date: Flexible

Remove cornice and piece of timber as per photos, install cement board flush with existing wall and the plaster over ready for painting. I have attached two before photos of where the work is to be done and one photo of what I expect it to look like after.

White paint needed to go over the plastering that has already been done. I had a friend do half the job while I had to go away. I am desperately trying to get this all done asap as it was supposed to be done already. I have had to come back to sort things out. After someone punctual and that can do a good job please.
