Completly remove built in wardrobe (sidewall, head wall right up to the ceiling + interior) and replaster where needed on wall and ceiling. Finish off so ready for painting by me afterwards (or you paint, put in quote). Should be fairly simple, i see most interior is wood shelves nailed in, but does require an experienced person.
