I have a mirror approx 20kgs that has given way on the plaster anchors at my Airbnb. It was installed approximately 3 years ago and has suddenly let go. I would suggest guest interference as the anchors were holding fine. Need someone to grab two strong anchors or use existing (if the haven’t fallen in) and install again. No one available to help.

Air-conditioning work has been done. The vent that is in the picture is not the vent that's going in. A bigger vent is going in but the hole in the ceiling has been cut bigger to allow access. The a/c man is putting in a bigger vent so we don't have to cut ceiling away next time. Will provide phone number of Aircon guy so that you receive the measurements.. Open to offers.

Need a plasterer to repair a hole in the wall.

Patch / repair Hole in gyprock wall, prime the repair and paint the one wall (approximately 5m2) with two coats of paint.

Build 23 m long walls (total length)2650 high install three doors (all internal (two solid core) and passage sets to all to divide an existing shop. We will also supply two Lockwood 001 latches for the two solid core doors. Soundcheck plaster sheeted with acoustic bats to be sanded and finished ready for painting. Quote painting as an optional extra Job is ready to go.
