This renovation is like the block!! We need someone to start today or tomorrow. Lots of moving parts but we need an experienced plasterer to come in and bring a number of small things up to scratch. Resheet a 1-2 square metre wall. Lots of small repatching. Some sanding. My Microcementer and painter are basically needing someone to spend a day or two bringing several small tasks up to scratch so that stay on task.

Small plastering & touch up painting job. I had a TV bracket put up on my wall yesterday & there is a few holes around the bracket to be tidied up.

There is plaster and paint damage to ceiling from a leak from the unit above. As a result the cabinet s in kitchen were removed (water drenched and broken) and the area behind and above it needs to be packed out / panelled plastered and painted.

Gyprock wall and ceilings

I have a mirror approx 20kgs that has given way on the plaster anchors at my Airbnb. It was installed approximately 3 years ago and has suddenly let go. I would suggest guest interference as the anchors were holding fine. Need someone to grab two strong anchors or use existing (if the haven’t fallen in) and install again. No one available to help.

Air-conditioning work has been done. The vent that is in the picture is not the vent that's going in. A bigger vent is going in but the hole in the ceiling has been cut bigger to allow access. The a/c man is putting in a bigger vent so we don't have to cut ceiling away next time. Will provide phone number of Aircon guy so that you receive the measurements.. Open to offers.
