Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters. Looking for someone with proper tools (ideally track saw) and experience with benchtops and gyprock. Photos attached. Located in Randwick.

Skim coat living room popcorn ceiling

The gyprock wall was damaged during equipment installation. Requires repair and paint match to carefully cover the damaged area. Understand 2 visits may be required.

Need someone to repair a section of damaged ceiling/cornice. Plaster has cracked and fallen off (see photos). Just need it patched up and painted over so it looks tidy — no need to match the feature ceiling details. Please supply tools and materials.

Popcorn ceiling throughout 90sqm apartment

Need 5 x holes patched made by electrician. I have the piece of gyprock that was cut out.

Installing 4 x mirrors onto gyprock. Size of mirrors are as follows. 122 wide and 180 height.

I’m getting air conditioning installed on Tuesday and they’ve advised that I will need to get part of the gyprock ceiling re-gyprocked and painted.

I have need tv cabling installed after poor work by original tradesperson. I also need a mirror and coat rack hung and some existing screws removed from walls and the walls/holes repaired. I also need plaster repaired. Damage indicated in photo. Please only quote for full job
