The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. I had a floating tv unit mounted and they put 2 holes in the gyprock wall, one behind the tv to run the tv cable down to the other hole, they weren't able to run the cable down due to insulation, needed a flexible cable rod or something

Repair plaster ceiling. A 300mm X 300mm patch was cut out for access to electrical cabling. The piece that was cut out is still available to use so no plasterboard is required. Sanding and painting to be done by owner.

Gyprock needs to be replaced on a small wall due to water damage. Also, the skirting board needs to be replaced. Painting is not required.

I recently installed new gyprock on the underside of a balcony, I need to have it plastered before I paint it. The size of the ceiling is about 2m x 5m. The price must include labour AND materials.

Assist in patching up and painting some holes in the living room drywall. I previously used Air Tasker to hang the TV on the wall, but it wasn’t hung correctly, and the wall now needs to be repaired before we move. There are also some holes in the shoe nook that need patching. The paint is provided, but you’ll need to bring your own brushes and other necessary tools. You’ll also need appropriate tools to remove the current TV wall mount.
