Need 2 separate repairs done: First job is a small ~25cm squarish hole in ceiling that was cut by home theatre installer. Hole is in a somewhat awkward position just above a split system outlet. It's also not completely square. Second job is to repair wall access by an electrician that installed our bathroom fan. They have left the wall mostly in tact by cutting flaps instead of removing sections, but I'm not sure if it would just be better/easier to replace the pieces or fill in the cuts. Hi there, We need plastering on walls and ceiling for our 4 bedroom single storey house which is 158sqm. Floor plan and ceiling plan is attached. The existing house ceiling height is 2680mm and kitchen/dining/living extension is 2950mm but has a bulkhead on one side that is 2640mm. Bathroom and ensuite needs waterproof plasterboard. I have an Ikea curtain rod set (see link to exact model below) that I need installed on to plasterboard walls. This is a rental so needs to be done properly and safely.
