Cut Plasterboard Sheets Into Ceiling Tiles We are renovating a commercial premises and need someone to cut plasterboard sheets into new ceiling tiles for an existing suspended ceiling grid. We will be using standard plasterboard sheets measuring approximately 2400mm x 1200mm. Each sheet needs to be accurately cut into 1200mm x 600mm ceiling tiles. We will need approximately 180 ceiling tiles in total. The job involves: * Measuring and marking plasterboard sheets * Cutting sheets neatly and accurately into 1200mm x 600mm panels * Keeping edges as clean and square as possible so the panels fit neatly into the existing ceiling grid Optional additional jobs: * Remove the existing ceiling tiles from the suspended ceiling grid * Paint the new plasterboard ceiling tiles prior to installation Please let us know if you can also complete either of the optional jobs and include these as separate prices in your offer. Scope of work: - Remove the existing plasterboard from all 4 bathroom walls and the ceiling. - Remove the existing shower wall. - Build and install a new 1m x 1m shower wall in the required location. - Prepare the framing/opening and install a pre-purchased, ready-made shower niche that I will supply. - Ensure all new framing is straight, level, secure and suitable for a bathroom/wet area. - Ensure the framing and wall structure are suitable for the plumber and electrician to complete their rough-in work. - Leave the area properly prepared and ready for the plumber, electrician, and waterproofing contractor to complete their work. - Remove and dispose of all demolished plasterboard, shower wall materials and general construction waste from the site. We bought a mirror and need someone to come and hang it on a plaster wall. You will need to drill into the wall to hang the mirror. We don’t own a drill or stud finder so please only apply if you have the right tools to hang the mirror.

I need a plasterer to come for repairs on an interior fireplace. Add with a piece of plasterboard, apply a coat of joint compound and paint. The existing outside colour is black so a nice white paint would be a nice contrast. Not a big job – small gap approximately 70 x 70 cm.

Hi, I need someone to urgently plaster and paint a section of my wall where a TV was previously mounted. I also need another section of the wall painted where hair dye has stained it. I need someone to patch holes, a tear in the drywall, install an ethernet outlet, reposition a crooked ethernet outlet, cover a hole in the wall, and fix failed attempts to cover holes in the walls. Also need it to be sanded and painted. I am flexible on the price, please look at the photos first before making an offer. Hi, I'm moving out of a rental and need a few interior wall/plasterboard repairs done and painted before handover. Looking for someone who does proper board repair and colour-matching (if possible), not just quick filler — this needs to pass a rental exit inspection. There are 3–4 spots across the property: One is impact damage where the plasterboard has been pushed in/punctured (roughly [football/fist] sized) — likely needs the damaged section cut out and a new board patch set in, taped, sanded and painted. A couple of smaller gouges/holes that need filling, sanding and painting (if possible). One or two edge/corner areas where the surface has lifted. I'll show you all spots on arrival. If possible I would like the finished repairs colour-matched so they blend with the existing paint. Important: ⚠️ This MUST be fully completed (repaired, dried, sanded, painted) by Wednesday 5th August — I hand the keys back Thursday. Please only bid if you can genuinely finish by then, allowing for compound drying time. Please confirm in your offer that you cut and replace board (not just fill).
