Spot 2 - patch job done by me. May need replastering. Needs sanding and painting. Approx 10cm x 10cm. Spot 3 - removable hooks ripped paint off. Approx 5cm x 3cm. Needs just painting (I think). Spot 4 - removable hooks ripped pulled paint off again. 2 small pieces, 2cm x 2cm.

Help repairing drywall hole the size of a 50 cent coin. Damage is in a Rental apartment. Hole was caused by shelf falling into wall during earth tremor few years ago. Need to repair before vacating premises.

There is a duct fan that is coming out of the wall, I would like it removed and then the hole covered whether it’s plaster boarded up.

The ceiling has a patch of mould. The cause of the mould has been addressed, however that section of the ceiling needs to be cut out and -replastered. Please quote the cost of just cutting and re-plastering. If, after that is completed, you can paint over the plaster so that it matches closely enough (doesn’t need to be perfect), please advise of additional cost. Thanks!
