Small ceiling patch (1-1.5m²) from old water leak. Leak is fixed. Plasterboard is sound, NO rot/soft sections, only peeling paint & yellow water stains. Work needed: 1. Scrape all loose paint/plaster back to solid base, clean dust 2. Fill & level with joint compound (thin coats, allow drying time) 3. Sand smooth, clean‑up dust 4. Must apply stain‑block sealer to stop yellow stain bleeding through — DO NOT SKIP 5. Two coats of matte ceiling‑white paint for blending Please provide all‑in fixed price, including labour & all materials (compound, sealer, ceiling paint, sandpaper). Advise if separate call‑out fee applies. Requires two visits: prep/filling first, then sand & paint once compound fully cured. Photos attached.

Small plaster patch ups include; -2 x corner cornice patch up and finish - square set across top of cupboard and ceiling - patch and repair along window from water damage (scrape peeling paint, patch and coating prep for paint) -small patchs in room wall All of above then needs to be prepared, painted and finished. - Single room door to be primed and painted (currently raw new door) Paint not supplied, all materials to complete the job will be needed.

Two smoke alarms have been pulled from the ceiling accidentally to stop them going off. All wiring is still working and in tact, just need the ceiling hole filled and painted and the smoke alarm drilled back in for both alarms. You can see in the photos that there is a hole under each alarm base and the screws are just attached to the remaining wall (unsure of the size of the hole as its drilled on, but could at least be half the size of the smoke alarm). I have paint to match the ceiling already but no plaster, paint brush or tools. Need to be done please by Sunday

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprocker to finish an incomplete plastering job at our home renovation in Highland Park. Not sure about the price, let's discuss. Most of the work has already been done. The plasterboard is installed, and the square-set corners and aluminium window/door reveals have already been completed and plastered. The remaining work is mainly: - Sand all plastered areas smooth and ready for painting - Touch up any areas that need another coat or minor repair - Check and tidy joints, corners, and screw holes where required - Finish sanding around the square-set window and door reveals - Finish/touch up the doorway with one curved/arched corner - Make sure the final finish is clean and professional throughout The area is a large kitchen/living space with high ceilings. The scaffold is already on site, and most materials are here. I’m looking for someone experienced in high-quality plaster finishing who can inspect the job and, ideally, start as soon as possible. Kids pushed a bedroom door too hard, and the plastic stopper bent and the door knob went through the wall. Plasterboard wall with timber framing. I need someone to come and plaster and repair this hole. I will organise painting of the wall another day - so just plaster repairs please.

I have a knocking water pipe somewhere behind a gyprock wall in my living room. The noise occurs when a toilet is flushed, a tap is used, or the washing machine is running. I would like someone to: * Investigate the source of the noise * Cut a small access hole if required * Secure the pipe if possible * Patch the wall afterwards I understand the exact cause may not be known until the wall is inspected. Please let me know your experience with this type of work and when you are available.

I am needing two doors replaced, will likely require you to come out & take measurements, purchase doors from Bunnings and then install. I also have a small hole in a wall that needs plastering & paint
