I have booked demolishing of this wardrobe. I want a skilled person to plaster and paint this section to make it ready to install ikea wardrobes. H - 230cm L - 300cm D - 50cm

bedroom wall has damaged hard plaster which needs removing back to the bare brick. The section will be marked out around 1.2m tall and width of the wall which is around 3.5m plus a small section round the corner underneath a window frame approximately .8m tall and 1m wide. The skirts directly below the plaster being removed also need removing. The skirting board under the window frame only has a small section of plaster to be removed above it so it will need to be cut instead of the whole thing removed. The job needs someone who knows what they're doing to cleanly remove the requested section of hard plaster and skirting boards below it. A line will be drawn to identify the section, please cut straight across that line cleanly and then chisel/remove the plaster off however is best. - Due date: below is when I’m available.
