I have had three new lights installed and need the old light holes patched as pictured

I’m looking to replace the transformer unit connected to my aircon zone control switch. It’s linked via a white cable that runs behind the plaster wall, and ideally I’d like to avoid cutting into the wall to locate it. Would you be able to assist with this? I’m hoping to find an electrician equipped with the right tools to detect the transformer’s location and replace it—it's a 24 VAC unit.
