Need a hole in a wall to be plastered correctly - tenant did an awful job, and then the wall needs to be colour matched and painted

I am looking for an experienced Airtasker who will repair plaster perfectly and paint like da Vinci: Plaster repairs: ------------------- 1 - Hallway ceiling - need the existing plaster sheet removed and replaced approx. W=1.0M x L=2.5M 2 - Laundry ceiling - replace hole with new plaster approx. W=1.0M x L=1.0M 3 - Bathroom wall - remove and replace skirting board and repair plaster backing approx. W=1.0M Paint to match: ------------------ 5 - Prepare and paint hallway ceiling and adjacent wall to match 6 - Prepare and paint laundry ceiling 7 - Prepare and paint bathroom wall I will require a blemish free finish on all repairs and painted areas. I will require 2 coats of paint to match the existing colour scheme. I will pay for any additional agreed materials eg. paint, skirting board, insulation bats. I've had a roof leak repaired and want to get the plaster replaced and then the roof painted white when finished. Damage spreads from the bathroom to the WIR. Access is from inside and through the roof tiles. Happy to answer any questions. Not fussy with dates. Thanks

I need the help of a plasterer who has waterproofing experience. I have a wall that has had some water damage over the years, so the bottom section of the plaster will need to be removed, the brick wall behind will need some repointing and then a waterproof membrane applied, and then a new plaster panel, and repainting of the wall and skirting. See images - before and after I opened up the wall. There are 2 areas which seem to be effected. Happy for you to visit and inspect before finalising your quote. It would be good to have this done over the next week if possible.

Need a small (1.5 x 1.6m) pantry plastered. The pictures here are prior to most of the plasterboard being added. That will be done today. The task is to: - add the final plasterboards (which I'll supply) to the small ceiling - add any required plasterboard connectors between the different boards (I've got 5m of 90 degree trim as well as plasterboard tape) - plaster over the boards in the room. There's also one small board (2.1 x 0.7m) on the outside of the room to do. Ideally needs to be done tomorrow (Thursday 7 Jan)
