Plasterer patch up 2 small areas

Towel rail is currently installed into the plaster wall using plaster wall anchors, over time these have damaged the plaster. I am wanting to have the towel rail secured in something more solid. I believe the other side is screwed into metal/timber within the wall cavity.

Would like the work done in the week of August 11th. We have removed a box air conditioner and need the plaster filled in. There is also some large cracking that needs repairing. Externally we need window frames and house trim patched and painted. One frame will need a fair bit of patching/builders bog filler. We will supply paint you will need to supply everything else.

I need someone to clean up the crack, patch it and paint it.

Plaster patch small holes in wall and ceiling – professional plasterer Holes have come from rewiring and relocating some lights, vents and powerpoint in a room with very little space in wall cavity. See photos 1. Hole created for wiring along concrete wall/ceiling – very narrow space remaining that plasterboard won’t patch over. Size 35cm x 6cm (wall) and 16 x 4cm (ceiling) Additional small hole next to this, as seen in photo 2. Small rectangular hole 10 x 8cm 3. Wall/ceiling - similar wiring hole on other side of the room, however space for plasterboard. Size 18 x 9cm (wall) plus 12 x 12cm (ceiling) 4. Rectangular sized hole 14 x 8cm 5. Ceiling vents x3 to remove and patch holes approx 35 x 35cm No materials or tools provided. Bring all these. Sand and smooth areas ready for painting. Entire room will be painted very soon, so no need to repaint areas. (If you are also a painter, let me know.)
