We had a bit of a hiccup with a forklift at work and have damaged the inside of a wall (images attached). Wall was impacted from the outside causing the wall inside to crack and be slightly pushed outwards. May need to remove some shelves to properly fix the damage. Preferred fix during work hours (ballpark 7:00am - 4:00pm). Both sides are very damaged and need fixing. The inside wall is more concerning as it appears to be pushed outwards.

The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Words can not describe how unbelievably disappointing Matt was. The job was left a mess and I’ll have to pay for someone to fix it. When I told him I wasn’t happy he abused me and told me he didn’t need this he had a pregnant wife at home and would leave me a one star review. He used brown plaster on my white walls and told me sand it off myself. Do not use this guy if you want a good job. I paid him cause I’m a good person. WARNING

I had a leak in my roof that has now been fixed. I need someone to come and repair hole in ceiling, plaster and sand so it is ready for painting. Hole is approximately fist size plus the surrounding area where damaged paint etc removed. The edges of hole are crumbling so assume you will need to be cut back a bit before repaired.
