Only internal walls are required to be painted and ceiling is to be excluded. Doors, door frames and skirting shall also be repainted. Some door frames have peeled coating which shall be filled/leveled. See pictures. Fill holes and make good for bedroom window sill (see attached pictures). Bathrooms, laundry and kitchen cabinet walls to be excluded as they are tiled - Please see the floorplan for detail. We will provide the paint (15L Dulux Vivid White paint). Painter shall advise if they need more paint and we can provide this. Job outline: - Prepare the wall and all area. Fixed any peeled old paint, fill cracks or holes and sand, clean the surface.
