Hi I need someone to clean deck properly using a high pressure washer (you need to have it) and then oil it ( I will supply this). It is a big deck area is around 120 sq meters. Cleaning needs to be through otherwise it will not look good. The photo below is an old photo when i did myself, it is pretty bad now. but this was just to give you idea of the size we are talking about. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 16th Dec 2021

Series of smallish jobs: 1) recoat front steps/porch - stain #1 2) recoat side gate - stain #2 3) recoat BBQ frame - stain #2 Photos attached for each. Stain to be supplied. Gate and BBQ are a little tedious so perfectionist is appreciated 😀

Australian hardwood deck and stairs need rejuvenation. Deck needs cleaning (preferably by pressure wash) and application of two coats of oil (which will be supplied). We’d like to get the work done before mid March if possible.

Our deck is made from spotted gum with surface area 29.7m2 (11 x 2.7m) and five steps with total surface area 3.5m2. It needs sanding because it was previously coated with water-based stain which has left the surface cracking and peeling (photos available). Screws are slightly countersunk so should be able to be machine sanded. We'll clear the deck beforehand and do the oiling afterwards. We just need you to do the sanding, and supply the equipment and sandpaper. Price is negotiable as we don't know how much time this will take to complete. We'd like it done within the next fortnight please. Thanks.
