I need 2 bedroom walls to be patched and painted, the room was used as a studio and the removal of the acoustic panels has left some liquid nail residue and taken paint of here and there. I can supply the paint as I have the original stuff here at the house. I have the end of lease cleaners coming on Friday the 13th so I need the works completed before then.

Light sand of ceiling, walls, door, wardrobe doors by 2, cornices, window frame (fill and sand) and skirting boards. Paint all in one colour (white) 2 coats. Remove hardware Cover floor. Room is empty. Bedroom 1 is 4 mm x 2.7m Remove old blind and curtain rail and fill and sand. Light sand of ceiling, walls, door, wardrobe doors by 2, cornices, window frame (fill and sand) and skirting boards. Paint all in one colour (white) 2 coats. Remove hardware Cover floor. Room is empty Paint will be provided. Job to be completed by no later than Friday 17th December 2021
