Find an experienced local painter in Palm Beach

I’ve hung a few things up (not very well) in my laundry room and i want them taken down, the holes patched and the wall repainted.

To paint the kitchen cabinetry. All the sections that are light blue to be painted white plus front door.

It’s a tent shaped timber ceiling 3.4meters at the highest point. The room is approximately 8mx8m. We have 2meter scaffold available.

My kitchen and living room cabinet doors are timber and the varnish is getting cracked and old. It needs an orbital sander fine grit, light sanding followed by 2 coats of varnish. I can supply the equipment. I need a person or two who is patient with sanding back the top layer then varnishing a couple of layers.

Clean and repair small marks on 2 three seater Nick Scali sofas Colour white.

Dirt / mould to be cleaned off painted exterior stairs and railing without damaging paintwork. Water blasting will damage paint so cannot use this method. Have been recommended to use Vinegar and Water but open to ideas? See pics attached.

Re-hone and seal approximately 5 square metres of black marble kitchen bench top. Previous experience required.

I have an outdoor awning that I started painting a couple months ago and haven't had time to finish. The job is to finish the unpainted section pictured and then apply a second coat to the whole structure. It's difficult to estimate but based on how long I've taken so far, my guess is that the job will take somewhere between half a day and a full day. Experienced painter required, to ensure a neat job and no overspray onto surrounding surfaces. Must use paint gun (which I can provide). I have the paint already. Job is in Palm Beach, and can begin as soon as practical (weather permitting). I believe the next couple days will be sunny.

I have a hardwood awning to paint. It's approx 4.5m x 5m, see images for more detail. It will need two coats. I already have the paint, brushes, dropsheet, etc., and ladder. Job is Palm Beach and ready to go.
