Previous owners apparently didn't use proper deck paint so it's now peeling and wearing away in spots, so needs to be sanded back and repainted. Due to improper original paint there is also a small patch near the drain pipe that has started to rot, so likely will need to be removed/chipped out and filled with wood filler. No structural damage though, just surface rot. Deck is approx 4.3m X 2.05m, rot patch is about 20cm X 5cm. Happy to purchase the supplies/paint you will need or for you to supply the materials for an additional charge. Have included photos of the deck as is, the patch of rot and from real estate listing to show full size.

We are renovating upstairs. We need some holes/dents patched and plaster repaired where wardrobe and skirting ripped paper. Also want a stairwell expansion joint moved to line up with the other expansion joints.
