The room is approx. 5m X 6 m. The ceiling is made from long wooden slats with about 1 cm gaps between the slats. Small bits of insulation above the ceiling occasionally fall through the gaps into the room. I'm hoping that one coat of clear polyurethane sealer sprayed on the ceiling, especially in the gaps, will seal the insulation and stop it falling into the room. - Due date: Flexible

The wood around the window in the bathroom has deteriorated significantly and needs some TLC! Looking for someone to sand back and repaint, also may need to re grout some areas. I don’t have the colour to match it, so looking for someone who can bring their own quality, waterproof paint.
