My partner loves sticking things to walls with Blutac. This is the result upon moving out. Looking ti see how much this might cost before attempting to fix ourselves...whole wall doesn’t need painting just approx a 3x3m section. There are a couple of other easier patch up jobs which might be included for an affordable hourly rate. Date is flexible but must be after 11 March ideally on a Monday Wednesday or Friday.

East wall of house needs painting. Bottom half concrete render, top half weatherboard. It’s above a pool so slightly tricky access. Needs a good outdoor specific paint to protect it from the sun

The ceiling is timber and gyprock roughly six metres by 5 metres

Wash mould off of fence, clear some weeds

Plaster 1 internal room and ceiling ( roughly 17sqm room size)

I need 6 plaster holes patched (5 of which are 100mm x 100mm and one is a large round hole around 300mm in diameter. I then need these patches painted. They are on the ceiling mostly, the ceiling isn’t a single level so painting small areas with a roller will make it look ok I think (i.e. its not one large flat ceiling that you will clearly see patches in).

Assisting a qualified painter with some sanding, prep and undercoating. All materials and PPE supplied.

I have the following small painting jobs to be done: - paint new external door and architrave - repaint existing external door and architrave - paint some architraving inside where it’s scratched. Only experienced painters please. I anticipate it will be 1 days work.

Fence to be painted white. 17m long, 1.8m high. Both sides, two coats. Paint provided.

Need painted .. - Bench seat with drawers beneath painted. - skirts in kitchen filled and painted. - additional skirt ( see pic approx 1m) filled and painted - sanding (of areas already filled) and painted see all pics attached approx 6-8 small areas I will have all paint ready to go

Due to storm, water got in and stained the ceiling. I have covered water stains with 3 applications of stain blocker. Now need the whole ceiling repainted with minimum 2 coats. I have a large drop sheet, but may need another. We will need to move a couch, chair and coffee table out whilst painting takes place. I will supply paint, ladders, but you will need to bring brushes/ rollers.
