Hi there - We are going to be framing 2 walls to separate a formal dining/living so we can create a bedroom and living room. We would like to have someone come in and prepare the gyprock with skim coat and sanding - as this takes a lot of skill that we don’t have :-) We live in Narraweena. The inside of the front door was damaged by our anxious dog. Basically just needs to be patched and re painted.

Basement was flooded, once carpenters finish installing skirting and doors, require someone who can assist in repainting three rooms in the basement (two coats) (white for ceilings and skirting, off grey for walls). We will provide paint. Please see attached photos.

2 brand new freshly primed doors need to be painted.
