I’m after someone who can caulk skirting in four bedrooms of a home and any other gaps in the home. Kitchen / living rooms / windows etc. No pics - so please don’t request any. Task is to come out and quote in person. Thank you

Patch nail holes and gaps from new skirting boards install. Need to bog then and all gaps to make flat and sand.

Exterior paint: Balcony ceiling and under balcony ceiling Interior paint: two bedrooms walls and ceilings, kitchen and walking pantry’s walls and ceilings, family + dining room walls and ceiling, hallways walls and ceilings, two bathrooms ceilings, laundry room+ toilet walls and ceilings with water based paint. And also doors, windows, frames and skirting need to be painted with oil based paint. Most of the areas where need to paint are empty as it’s an extension to our property.

Needing wall and decorative board on other wall as well painted 2x coats I have already primed everything and it is all taped up ready to go. Paint is provided.

I need a small three bedroom townhouse cleaned ready for painting. Carpet doesn’t need cleaning as it’s being pulled up on Wednesday.

Paint a smallish fence attached are photos. There are two side this size (in the picture) and another side that’s three times the size of the fence in the picture. I’ll take more photos today and add. I want Jasper Colour. Second from the left. I can purchase paint if necessary.

Paint Strip three horizontal wooden surfaces only, in wet bar. 1) Bench top 1 (4000mm x 400mm) note has sink, 2) Bench top 2 (2050mm x 560mm), 3) Hob top (3820mm x 280mm) back to natural timber, remove existing varnish. Need it done before end of week ending Friday 25th August located in Menai 2234. - Due date: Before Thursday, 24 August 2023
