Scope of work includes: • Strip back all existing paint from the balcony (approx. 1.5m x 12m). • Prepare and clean the concrete surface thoroughly. • Repair any dents, chips, cracks, or surface damage as needed. • Apply appropriate primer/sealer for concrete. • Repaint the balcony with durable exterior paint (to be discussed/supplied). • Ensure clean, even finish with long-lasting results. Notes: • I do not want resurfacing or structural changes (to avoid strata approval requirements). • Looking for quality workmanship with examples of similar jobs completed. • Please provide details of your experience, approach, and estimated timeframe.

- Walls are 2100 x 1800 at about 2400 high - only the shower area and skirting will be tiled, the rest of the villa board will be painted - Square set ceiling - Additionally supply, install, set and sand plasterboard sheet outside of bathroom - 4400 long

We are getting the house ready for sale and want to get the deck, spa and timber posts painted. The deck is 5.5m x 4.7m Maybe you can use some filler for the holes in the deck? Seeking a painter to repaint a two bedroom apartment (about 65 m2). It was painted prior to purchase without sealing and some cigarette stains/odour are seeping through. The painting would need to include a stain blocking primer (Zinser or similar) and topcoat, and use of quality (Dulux) paints. Will include some prep, cleaning walls (ceiling recently replastered), and door and window frames.

Looking for someone to come into our newly purchased two bedroom apartment and remove the popcorn ceiling. Internal size is approximately 53sqm. Open to having it removed, sanded down, or suitable alternative. We will be painting the apartment afterwards but want to remove the texture to the roof. We are looking at getting a false ceiling installed to hide popcorn/vermiculite ceiling. The apartment is approximately 66 square metres of internal space. Must have relevant licensing/insurance as it is an apartment in a strata building. Happy to send through photos and a floor plan if needed for quoting purposes.
