Find an experienced local painter in West Brisbane

I need an experienced handyman to plaster and paint the area where it has holes on the ceiling. Must have all the tools required but happy to supply paint. Please see photos.

There are a bunch of paint drops on the tiles near our gate. Tiles are a concrete type tile. The paint drips are months old. They did not come off with gurneying. Job is to remove the paint drops. Without leaving some other kind of mark on the tiles that looks just as bad. The general darkness on the tiles is not paint and removing that is not part of the job.

We have damaged to the render in a second story window frame. Looking for a Renderer to patch this. Given its next to the window it may be possible for the job to be done from inside the house. Looking for someone who will do a decent job / good finish and will take appropriate safety precautions given the height of the work. Do not need the render work painted afterwards. Need someone who won't make a mess while doing the job especially if doing it from inside the house.

We need patching of some small holes in gyprock, then painting of those spots. We do not want full walls repainted, just around the actual spot. For three of the holes (all in garage) we know the paint colour and the existing paintwork is relatively new. For the other two (inside house) they will need paint matching but are also not in highly visible places. We also need painting of some newly installed built in cupboards / doors. Looking for a tidy job and someone who won't make a mess.

I need someone to help me complete the timber cladding on the front of our house this Saturday 30th April. I’ll be looking to start at 7am and work through to 5pm. Some handyman skills would be helpful as you’ll need to be able to use a nail gun. This job also requires working from height on a mobile scaffold.
