Need a skilled Painter/Decorator to tidy up some minor wear and tear damage throughout the house, on doors, walls, ceilings etc. Also need 4m2 of eaves and 7 x zinc downpipes painted. 3 x bathrooms need some white silicone to ceiling/wall junction. General gapping. all listed in attached defects list. Likely a full day or 2 including patching, sanding etc. Can provide all materials if that's easier.
