Has just had the floors done and would like to take the opportunity to paint the house while all of the furniture is removed. Approx 15sqm home with three bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas. 6 rooms and a hallway. Minimal patch up and prep required. Paint will be supplied.

I need the exterior of my 3 bedroom house prepared for painting. House is Brick but with wood trim. Gutters will need to be wiped down with a sugar soap or something similar to prep for painting. Wood will have to be patched and sanded and cleaned where needed in order to be ready for painting. Some wood rot will need to be repaired and some wood trim near the tiles may have to be removed. Areas to prepared for paint are House, Carport and back Veranda. This includes Gutters & Fascia’s.

The rubber thing (Ableflex) is already there and cut down. Area is already pretty clean as well since we’ve washed off the area recently. The old house need new painting, currently there are a few spot need paint right away, the paint is off, the wood is exposed. the scope will only be the ones in pictures, but there are more to be done, we can discuss on site. The rail has a gap between the wood, as shown in pics, need some filler as well. I have a can of the blue color paint, 1/4 can of the white/yellow color, don’t have the red color.

Need someone to spray some mould remover inside the shown closest. Just need to spray a few times inside.. all sides and the floor and wait until the spray does its magic, mould get bleached and turn white. I've done this many times before, just doesn't have time to do this time. Quote for labour only.
